Dr Lucy is great! She always gets you in and always calls and checks up on you

Doctor Hornstein is our family physician and has cared for the five of us for many years. My wife and I are middle age and we have a young adult, a high schooler, and a middle schooler. She has a great bedside manner, knows her stuff, and approaches our health in an holistic fashion that keeps us well. We highly recommend her.

I had recently moved to the area and was seeking a new PCP. The visit began by waiting almost an hour..then I met Dr. Lucy who was incredibly rude and judgmental about my health concerns. You do not go to a new Doctor to be talked down upon and judged for explaining your medical history and mental health concerns. I had never encountered such poor bedside manner from a medical professional in my life. I ended up walking out and returning to my PCP an hour away until I could find a local Doctor who actually takes the time to get to know their patients/ encourages self-determination and empowerment in their patients- rather than belittles them. I would not recommend.

Thank God I stumbled across Dr Hornstein! Finally a doctor who cares about the patient. Never having seen me before, she told me to come in within an hour of my call. It was late in the day and nevertheless, she took the time to see me. I will return.

This was my first visit since I moved to PA. Unfortunately, it had to be sick visit. Staff got me in right away. Dr. Hornstein was very thorough and took time to listen to all the information and my past history. Small practice with personal touch. Very happy to make this my new health care provider!

Lucy is wonderful, kind, and caring!!

I thought she was a decent physician until I got sick. She misdiagnosed pneumonia, refused to order an Xray & I ended up in the hospital ER.

Bad experience. Spoke down to me and bashed other area doctors. My cousin is a drug rep and she called them scum. Woould never rely on her. I rely on my cousin for a lot of info. She is giving help as if she were inn1980.

I have unfortunates had some very extensive health problems over the years, this doctor is not openminded and was extremely condescending an judgmental to both myself and my husband. We were recommended by a friend and it was a horrible experience. Her ability to look at the big picture and consider all possibilities was poor. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Maybe if u just are looking for someone to diagnose your symptoms and ignore what may be causing them. Fortunately I did not feel intimidated by her, as she wouldve liked, I believe. I felt as though she was extremely unprofessional and uninformed.

My family has been going to Dr. Lucy for about 10 years. We love her. She is down to earth. If you really truly want to know what is going on and if she knows she will right out tell you if she isn't sure she tell you that also. She does not beat around the bush. If you just want to be another number go to another office. You get plenty of time to speak to her about what ever you want. Usually there is no wait. Its very family oriented there. Love ya Doc!
