Dr. Lucy Carole Love, MD

Dr. Love performed two spinal surgeries of mine. She is one, if not THE best in the area. She is honest, doesn’t do unnecessary surgeries, surgeries that won’t benefit your quality of life, and is impeccable in excellence!

Patients always take the time comment on the physician but rarely the staff, unless it is negative. I however, am nothing but pleased with the compassion and efficiency of Dr. Lucy Love’s staff. They have never disappointed and are excellent at their jobs. Dr. Love is lucky to have two such wonderful women working for her. And we as patient’s are lucky to have them assisting us in whatever we need.

She is very fortunate to have such wonderful, efficient women working for her, as we are fortunate to have them helping us as patients. Thank you for that you do ladies.

Dr. Love is a conservative but very competent neurosurgeon. She performed my surgery and could not be happier. Her staff is beyond words. They are both extremely efficient and compassionate. They both go above and beyond especially Pam. I could not ask for a better experience.

Dr. Love is great. Her reputation as a surgeon is unquestioned. She's professional and empathetic. She spends enough time with patients and explains things in a very understandable way. However, her staff (specifically Karen), could not be more unprofessional. She is downright rude. Any question is met with a harsh response that would only be appropriate if she herself was being treated disrespectfully or personally insulted. More than one family member has consulted with and/or used Dr. Love as their surgeon. We all come away with the same experience regarding Karen. Were it not for Dr. Love's expertise and own beside manner, she'd lose patients as a result of how her staff treats people.

I saw Dr Love after getting two other Surgeon opinions, she was highly recommended after I was not happy with two other surgeons i had previously seen. My 1st appointment with her, she took much time and was hands down the right surgeon to go forward with. Her staff Karen and Pam are also both great . I had Dr Love perform a two level disc replacement at Tampa General.I highly recommend Dr Love and Tampa General

I have been a patient of Dr Lucy Love for just over a year, she was recommended to me by previous Neurosurgeon Dr William O Deweese ( who was mine and my sons Dr for 30+ years). I could not be more happy or satisfied. She did surgery on my spine, and added a plate, since the surgery I have had no more problems with my Neck.

I went to see Dr. Love due to some lumbar spine issues- scoliosis,stenosis, degenerative discs, etc. After examination she pointed our that I had symptoms indicating cervical spine issues. Imaging confirmed her suspicion and now I am just weighing which to address first. Inspires great confidence.

Dr Love very caring and my brother has bad back and she was so HONEST AND IF I WON LOTTO WOULD GIVE HER MONEY AND MY BROTHER NEEDS TO SEE HER TO HELP GET HIS DISABILITY
