Dr. Lucy D Tsirulnik-Barts, MD

I was a caused direct harm by Dr. Barts. She sabotaged my care during a day she wasn't feeling well emotionally, and in my vast experience in working with people myself, she displayed cluster-b personality disordered traits (what some call "narcissism"). Be careful. She doesn't have any self-esteem.

I saw Dr. Barts when I was dealing with significant anxiety related issues. I can honestly say without a doubt she profoundly changed my quality of life for the better - she was spot on clinically and therapeutically.

I was very unhappy with my time with Dr. Barts. It was one of the worst experiences in my life and nearly ruined all the work that my old psychiatrists did to get me to a new place. I was under her care for two and half years and all this time was filled with problems. I feel she is irresponsible and unprofessional.
