As much as I am a difficult patient he removed a lump seamlessly and tested it in 2016 ! Highly recommended for the difficult patient returned in 2018 still difficult and this time free of lumps and bumps!

He is great at what he does, he gives accurate diagnoses, he is extremely personable......... only wish he was a Primary Care doctor as well so I could go to him for primary care.

A great Dr and an excellent Surgeon. Since I didnâ??t find much on the internet about Dr Arroyo, I feel it is important for me to write a feedback on my experience to inform others that may be researching him. I was referred by my Primary Dr to see Dr Arroyo regarding a nodule on my Thyroid. I had never heard of him before that day, but who hears about surgeons unless when you need them or when they operate on celebrities or when theyâ??re on Greyâ??s Anatomy. From the first day I met him at his office, he made me feel at ease. He spent so much time answering my questions and explaining anything I asked him to explain. I didnâ??t feel rushed to get out of his office like you feel with some other Doctors. Since I could not find much on the internet about him, I did my own research asking everyone I know in the area that knows anything about him or heard about him. I asked staff at Jupiter, FL Medical Center where my surgery was scheduled. All the feedback I received was… positive. Being the analytical skeptical Engineer I am, I was still concerned and drove him crazy with all my quizzes and question. He put up with me and explained everything to me with a smile. My surgery was last week and it all went well. He came after the surgery and talked to my family and updated them on condition. My family loves him. They think he is very professional and friendly. I was concerned about the size of incision I am going to have on my neck as a result of the surgery. He promised it will be 1.5 inch. I measured the size of the incision one week after the surgery. It is exactly 1.5 inch as promised. I was concerned about infections in my incision post surgery. Before the surgery I researched about any patient of his coming back with infections. The results were positive. He does not have patients coming back with infections. I followed all the instruction given to me by the hospital staff and Dr Arroyo. Thank God I did not get any infections and all is ok. In Summary, Dr Arroyo is a great Doctor and an excellent Surgeon. He is the type of Doctor that spends as much time as needed with you. No matter how stupid your questions are, he will answer you with a smile. His office Staff, Yolanda and Mickie, are great. They put up with me too. I will recommend Dr Arroyo to anyone I care about.

Has real good bedside manners. Explains everything. Take time out for you.

Dr. Arroyo made me feel like I was his only patient, his bedside manner is superb and his follow up and concern truly genuine. He is the best!

DR ARROYA IS A EXCELLENT SURGEON, HE HAS A WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANOR AS WELL. HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFULL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR ARROYA TO ANYONE.
