La oficina del Dr Luis C Castillo ubicados en 3713 S. Congress Ave Palm Springs FL tiene el PEOR equipo de trabajo, las personas son groceras poco profesional no saben lo que estan haciendo no son amables con los pacientes, NUNCA contestan el telefono, en especial la encargada de REFERIDOS, JAMAS devuelve los mensajes, y al parecer nunca el DR Castillo o la Dra Torres saben de lo que pasa en su consulta o no les interesa.

Office incompetent. Caused increase of my medical problems

Although the doctor was very attentive and patient with me part of his work team is a big disappointment. I had my health plan open and I had to choose a specific plan in a short time. I wanted to keep on with the doctor so I asked what plans they worked with in the office. They assured me and advised me to choose one and so I did. When I finally joined the plan that supposedly they accepted, they said no, everything had changed, they did not have that plan approved. So I was without primary doctor because of having considered what they told me. Worst of all is that one day you are very well treated and the other day the good manners are finished, you stop being patient of them and they are not able to find a solution to the error that they themselves committed. I think the least they could do was suggest another doctor who would take the insurance and not say goodbye to me as if I were only worth what I can pay. This attitude shows that medical ethics for Dr. Luis Castillo's… receptionists does not exist. Aunque el doctor fue muy atento y paciente conmigo parte de su equipo de trabajo es una gran decepción. Yo tenía mi plan de salud abierto y debía elegir un plan específico en poco tiempo. Quería seguir atendiéndome con el doctor por lo que pregunté que con que planes trabajaban en la oficina. Me aseguraron y aconsejaron que escogiera uno y así lo hice. Cuando finalmente me asocié al plan que supuestamente ellos aceptaban me dijeron que no, que todo había cambiado, que no tenían ese plan aprobado. Así que me quedé sin doctor primario por culpa haber considerado lo que me dijeron. Lo peor de todo es que un día eres muy bien tratada y al otro día se acaban las buenas maneras, dejas de ser paciente de ellos por su culpa y no son capaces de buscar una solución para el error que ellos mismos cometieron. Creo que lo mínimo que podían hacer era sugerirme otro doctor que sí aceptara el seguro y no despedirme de allí como si yo solo valiera por lo que puedo pagar. Esa actitud demuestra que la ética médica para las recepcionistas del doctor Luis Castillo no existe.

Yo estoy aqui 5 anos, vengo de cuba y nunca pude encontrar un doctor que de verdad ensene que un paciente le importa, todos eran frios y rapidos para salir de uno. Encontre a Castillo y el si es un profesional se acuerda de mi nombre, y para mi eso es importante. Las chicas com Anni tambien son un amor, siempre que llamas te atienden y siempre te reciben con amor. Gracias por todo lo que hacen.
