Dr. Luis Tapias Vargas is a thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon who brings 16 years of specialized surgical experience to his practice. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander and completed extensive training at prestigious institutions including Massachusetts General Hospital, where he pursued multiple fellowships in 2011, 2015, and 2020, along with residency training that concluded in 2018.
