Dr. Luis F Tapias Vargas, MD

Dr. Luis Tapias Vargas is a thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon who brings 16 years of specialized experience to his practice. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander and completed extensive advanced training at prestigious institutions including Massachusetts General Hospital, where he completed multiple fellowships in 2011, 2015, and 2020, along with residency training there in 2018. Dr. Tapias Vargas also completed residency training at Yale University School of Medicine in 2012. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
