Dr. Luis Felix Tincopa-Minan, MD

I'm assuming they don't have call waiting, because every time I called, the line was busy, & if you do end up getting through, the rude girl that answers the phone, will put you on hold immediately, & leave you on hold for 10+ minutes. Apparently this facility is too cheap to run their air conditioner. It was at least 90 degrees in the waiting room. I spent over three & a half hours just for a physical, pap & blood draw. The so called "staff" were extremely immature, joking & laughing. It was unprofessional & rude. The exam room was disgusting, someone even tried to burst in the room while I was getting my pap. The "lab" was basically a closet with a table & chair. Will not recommend this facility toanyone!

STAFF IS RUDE, UNABLE TO GET AUTHORIZATIONS ON TIME, SATFF AND DOCTOR DO NOT FOLLOW UP ON AUTORIZATIONS, DON'T PROCESS THEM UNTIL PATIENT CALLS TO REMIND THEM, DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS, DIRTY AND SMELLY EXAM ROOMS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I WAS A PATIENT FOR 15 YEARS AND IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS TREATED LIKE A NEW PATIENT.I HARDLY SEEN THE DR HIS WIFE WOULD SEE ME {A NURSE}WHEN I HAD LAB WORK DONE OR AN X RAY DONE DR TINCOPA AND HIS STAFF DIDNT REMEMBER SO I HAD TO EXPLAIN WHEN I CAME IN AND WHY. THIS HAPPENED ALL THE TIME.REFILLS OF MY PILLS WER VERY HARD TO GET IT TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO RESPOND.I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS DR OFFICE.I HAVE CHANGED TO A WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND IAM VERY HAPPY.
