My overall experience was unfortunately less than satisfactory. To start, my CT scan couldn't be found because the office misspelled my name. When it was finally located, Dr. Donatelli reviewed the scan, but didn't discuss the results with me, nor did he discuss any possible medical procedures that could be done. He prescribed an antibiotic and nasal spray which had minimal improvement. I finally saw another ENT doc who did fully explain the result of my CT scan and discussed a noninvasive, in-office procedure that would alleviate my sinus issue. He also prescribed Prednisone which significantly helped.

One of the kindest and caring doctors l have ever met. He talks to and explains everything. Even if you Re referred to another type doctor, he stills follows up with you to see how you are doing and if you understand everything.
