I would give zero stars if I could. Waited for over 4 hours just to be dismissed. Arrogant and belittling. Horrible bedside manner. I was told only HE could order a CT of my brain because, and I quote, "I'M the one with the degree".

Terrible. Rude and arrogant. Dismissed my concerns and the concerns of the physician who sent me to Holland. I was transported from another hospital by EMS for a procedure, and Dr. Van Klompenberg decided I didn't need that procedure--even though he's not the one who evaluated me. He DISCHARGED me at 1AM when I had expected to spend the night. I had no ride and was more than an hour from home. HORRIBLE and UNCOMPASSIONATE doctor.

My wife had high blood pressure (197) /123 and the only open place on Sunday midnight beside Zeeland hospital but for convenience and distance we decided to go to Holland Hospital. And not even 5 minutes after we arrived she was already on a room well attended for the doctor Luke Vanklompenberg and his excellent medical team.

Very arrogant! Brought my son in to the ER. Dr totally forgot to come in and check on us after he had his PA come in before. When he finally strolled in 3 hours later and wondered why I was upset. After I told him I was disappointed in the service I wasn't even given he just turned around and walked out of the door. Wonder what he would do if his son or daughter was in the same shape my son was in and a doctor treat him the way he treated us. Should be absolutely ashamed of himself. Horrible bedside manner. Didn't earn any of the money that I was billed! Shame on you

Very rude and arrogant! Would not treat me and told me to take a nasal spray. After I went to a real doctor I found out I tested positive for the FLU AND I HAD BRONCHITIS!!!!! This guy is an idiot with a degree!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. VanKlompenberg really took time to listen to me. He gave exceptional care during a difficult time!

I felt humiliated and shamed by this doctor. He said "Why are you here?" but then immediately cut me off and didn't want to listen to my response. I felt so ashamed of myself. This doctor needs to learn that there are real people that he is treating, and he just acted as if he was totally above it all. Hardly made eye contact, rather he just pontificated to the room in general. He has made me never want to return to the Holland Hospital ER again in my life.
