The Dr. Was not prepared for the video visit. He had not read my medical records, thus kept me on hold until he went through my file. It was annoying as he had no clue why we had the appt or who referred me to him.

I have been extremely lucky to have Dr. Laptalo as my oncologist. He always answers my questions on THE SAME DAY. It's so important, while navigating cancer, to have timely interactions. This is scary every day.
