Dr. Luu Phuc Nguyen

Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful doctor who listens, cares and does what is best for the patient. He has been so supportive of me and my complicated situation which involves many specialists. He ordered necessary tests to monitor my kidneys, etc due to the drugs I am being prescribed by the specialists. Overall, he is always very familiar with my situation, reviews my most recent chart notes, and shows genuine concern for me as a whole person- body and mind. I’m so glad I found him and that he was able to add me as a patient.

Despite ample time snd notice, he never prepared for my visit. He never read the results of tests I had had prior to said first visit nor did he eveb read my chart, after my previous doctor retired and passed me on to this man. Extremely unpleasant short guy with Napoleonic complex. Arrogant. Totally unhelpful. Uninformed. Not bright at all. I stormed out of his office, demanded and received refund of co-pay from Kaiser. Dtrictly an assembly-line "doctor". I never went back to him (it has been 14 months). I received NO treatment for this individualâ??ever.

Dr Nguyen has always taken the time to listen to my concerns. He has always without hesitation ordered the test needed, given referrals, prescribed medications, and has consistently done routine follow up calls. His bedside manner is caring and understanding. I believe he delivers the standard of care you would expect from a highly educated and experienced provider.
