I have switched to Dr Luz Alonso 5 years ago and really liked her. Recently I made appointment however I get to see Nurse practitioner. I was told Dr only sees patients after initial with nurse. Well my second appointment nurse, my third nurse when do I get so see doctor? I am not well and not happy. I'm sure they bill my insurance as same as I do not get same care. I get run arounds and no help with my recent condition. I will be looking for new PCP Disappointed.

Dr Luz Alonso is an excellent dr; She is really caring and make you feeling like you are part of her family. I live in Clermont but I do not care how far I have to drive to see her. I highly recommend her.

First of all this an amazing friendly environment. When i got there i felt like i was family. Girls in tb front were super helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Luz Alonso explained to me every single step before my procedure. She answered all my questions and post care of my procedure. Even during procedure she explained what she was doing and what i was going to feel. INCREDIBLE amazing experience, excellent in making feel as her family. I have never felt like that in any other doctor visiting. I also had done botox injections and fillers with her. If you are looking a Doctor to i improve your appearance.. This Is THE Doctor to visit!! You will be VERY happy with the results!

My mother attempted to get a date from the office of when a referral would be sent to an eye clinic and the office manager was kind enough to say we have 2500 patients to take care of we are not at her beck and call. So you now will have 2499 patients because I will find my mom a Drs office that might actually care about the patient ! God Bless your other patients

I use to see Dr. Luz Alonso herself. Now no more it's so hard to get appointment, you will get appointment , but it's always the nurse practitioner. That's the reason why I chose her to be my doctor. She was the only one I've been ever since before. Thinking of going somewhere else.

I found Dr. Alonso after a year living in Florida. My experience with the Dr. I had originally chosen had not been satisfactory. Dr. Alonso Has a direct manner and I feel that she listens to what I have to say. I also find the office staff to be well mannered and efficient.

Dr. Alonso is a professional who is also very human. She is friendly, kind and understanding. I feel very comfortable when I am with her, and I have confidence in her, and all of her staff members. My cardiologist's office recommended her to me, and I have been very happy with her as my primary care doctor.
