Jeffcoat is knowledgeable and personable, but she just moved her office out of state leaving me without insurance coverage just as covid-19 moves in. She could have warned those of us who have HMO insurance, but I found out totally by accident. Doesn't deserve to have patients.

Took a week to put me on antibiotics after i called numerous times to ask if someone spoke to the doctor about results. Never has any appointments available. Difficult to be seen for a sick visit. CPEs booking well over a year.

I cannot say enough positive things relating to Lydia Jeffcoat, MD. I have had her as a PC since she first moved to the North Shore area. She is super professional; incredibly competent; follows up on any and all medical issues as well as helping with the myriad of specialists that might be part of the case concerns. She has an extremely caring and patient oriented personality, one that inspires confidence and positive interaction. She goes the extra mile! She is the best! I have referred at least three people to her and they are please and satisfied with her as an internist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffcoat for several years. She is awesome! She is a smart and very caring doctor. Who stays on top of your medical information. I feel very lucky that she has been my doctor while navigating some challenging health issues. She helped me get information I needed and make difficult choices. I can't say enough about her and her staff at Coastal they are fantastic
