Dr. Lydia Shajenko and her entire team are the most gifted and medically talented team of professionals I have ever encountered. I have been in medical management for many years and I have never experienced such genuine meticulous care in all of my years in medicine. Dr. Shajenko is sincerely invested in caring for her patients and that is immediately apparent instantly upon meeting her. While entering her office, the ambiance is an oasis of serenity and you are warmly welcomed in. I was greeted with kindness and gentle patience. Every single point of contact with the office and every individual staff member I encountered was phenomenal. From the operator, to the front desk, the techs, the medical assistants, nurses and management. Each single encounter was so gracious. I was so taken aback by the entire team and experience, the medical examination itself was extensively thorough and unparalleled. Dr. Shajenko not only took her time to listen, but to triple check, leverage and cross… reference my every symptom, concern, fear and doubt. She actively and compassionately listened and walked me thorough every detail of all assessments with care and understanding. Dr. Shajenko is passionate about her patients and the pristine care she devotingly provides. I am grateful to have found her and fortunate to be under her gifted, kindhearted, incomparable care.

I absolutely adore dr Shejenko and the staff!! Megan is so helpful and empathetic for the first time in my life I feel like a human and I give all the credit in the world to doctor Shejenko and the team! Highly recommend!!!

I had been to two previous neurologists who told me to just take a tylenol or motrin to deal with my migraines. Anyone who suffers from daily migraines knows what it's like and I just felt like these other Doctors didn't care becasue they didn't have migraines themselves and didn't have any empathy . Well, then through a recommendation of a co-worker, I found Dr. Shajenko. I honestly feel like my life has changed. She ordered a few tests on me and it turned out that I actually had some abnormal brainwave activity which was causing my migraines. She put me on the appropriate medication to treat this and one for breakthrough migraines which luckily now I'm happy to say I only get once every few MONTHS. After experiencing them daily in the past, I'm so grateful to her for changing my life for the better. Her office was also beautiful and her staff was so friendly and understanding as well and I really felt like the office cared as a whole. Thank you Dr. Shajenko for making my quality of… life so much better!

dr shajenko n her staff are unreal! i am so lucky i stumbled on their sign on river rd. I called and they answered immediately and I got an appointment and they sent me their paperwork and helped me through the process. It was so easy. When I got there, I was greeted with coffee and refreshments to make me comfortable which ive NEVER seen in a drs office before, i thought it was so sweet. Her staff was super nice and knowledgeable. When I met dr shajenko she was rite down to it with me and asked me every question, i was nervous, but she said she knew she could help me. After some tests and stuff, she had a diagnosis and a few months later, i feel so much better. Thank you so much you guys! I couldnt thank you enough. To her staff who answered all my calls qith my stupid questions, your rockstars! you never made me feel uncomfortable to call. I will def recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dr. Shajenko is what I call a true healer. In this world of the 4 minute doctor's appointment, this is the absolute opposite. Dr. Shajenko cares and so does her staff. They all have done so much for me to feel better. I feel 100% totally taken cared of when I see them. My life in pain has changed for the better. She is an outstanding doctor.

I had a very severe painful neurological condition and saw multiple neurologists in the past. Only Dr. Shajenko did the necessary tests to identify what was wrong and treat it appropriately. I am very happy that I met her. The staff is great and very compassionate!

she has changed my life for better was so depressed about my migranes headaches pain I couldn't get out of bed. the staff from mellisa the office manager is wonderful always follows up on appointments asks if theres anything else they can do makes it a ease for me megan and andreshave been more then helpful they really care the whole office staff they work around my schedule not therrs not many docters do that. I will be a long life patient of hers and friend dr shanjenko has made my life easier I seea bright future now before I felt doomed and useless I wish I found her sooner thanks dr shanjenko and mellisa and the rest of the gang at the office your fellow patient and friend fillip nino
