Dr. Lyn Jacobs is a family medicine physician with over three decades of medical experience serving patients throughout the Oregon area. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry and completed her residency training at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. With 31 years of dedicated practice, Dr. Jacobs brings extensive expertise to comprehensive family healthcare.
