Before scheduling an appointment with Decatur Pediatric Group you MUST do your research! Dr. Wilson Phillips and her staff are complete frauds! Your child will be seen for one ailment or annual checkup and be charged for several services they did not receive. Make sure you review prior to leaving as well as inquire with the insurance company to see what you were charged. This office’s pediatricians are notoriously late for appointments and never on time. Dr. Wilson Phillips can care less if you are sitting out in the lobby or in the room waiting on her. Your time she does not value. She should not be practicing medicine as she and her practice do not care about the well being of your child only how much money they will make off of them. Decatur Pediatric Group is a complete Fraud! Beware!!!!

Dr. Wilson-Philips charged my insurance for an test that my son never went to get. I feel like that's cheating my insurance company. She also had the audacity to charge me $25! But not only is this "test" just a small survey on his development, she charged me for a "sick appointment" and he wasn't sick! If she cheats on small things, she'll cheat on bigger things. So I removed my son from her office.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone! The wait time is ridiculous! After waiting for over an hour before seeing or hearing from anyone, you don't even get an apology from the doctor or the nurse. Some of the doctors are ok but some are definitely not and they are not always up-to-date with new pediatric information. Also they never have all the vaccinations in the office during the time of your visit so you always have to come back several times. VERY unprofessional all around, will not return to this pediatric group.
