The doctor is wonderful; the office staff ...not so much. The voice message is 8 years old. It says they'll be back in the office Tuesday, Aug. 25. Well, today is Sept. 6 and it's 8:30, and that's their message. It's been that way since I have tried calling, which was last week! I called every day at different times of the day and have gotten the same message. They say they open at 8, but they never answer the phone! Why is the vacation message so outdated and why isn't anyone answering the phone?

He slacked on my EMG. I've had one previously and it took almost an hour. He did not take the time to map out the nerve he was testing. He just stuck the pins in at different points and was finished in 10 minutes. I was referred to him by my orthopedic doctor. I will never go back for any reason. He was somehow running an hour behind on 10 minute testing. Oh and he wasn't recording any results.

Staff looked me up and called when my aging parents failed to make two appointments. They were concerned something might be wrong. I also use Dr Boyer. He was the only one to help my migraines after 20 years of searching. I recommend him to everyone.

I sat and waited to see the doctor for awhile I was told to be there at 8:15 and the he did not get there until 8:55.Come on now my time is just as important as yours....The lady checking me out was very hateful and I will never go back thank God it was only for a test and when I ask her for a copy she tells me to contact the doctor that sent me...Never again

I really liked Dr.Boyer but the lady that checks people out is very dry.She is very rude and looks like she hates her job.The rest of the staff was great.The lady that put in the room was very sweet it is such a shame to have a lady meeting you patients like like that.REPLACE her with the other smiling faces at the font window she makes you look bad.....You are two sweet of a guy to have a person like that on your payroll.

Rude! He has lost his mind. He needs to retire. Do not waste your time or money. Not a freindly staff either. Wait time for appt. His long as well....over an hour sometimes.
