Dr. Olson received his medical degree at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He completed his internship at the University of Iowa, one year of general surgery residency, and one year as a fellow in the intensive care unit at the University of Iowa in Iowa city, Iowa. He completed his Orthopaedic residency training at the University of Texas in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Olson is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeon. He has been practicing general Orthopaedics in Bowling Green, Kentucky since 1980.

Dr. Olson has staff privileges at Greenview Regional Hospital, The Medical Center at Bowling Green, and Logan Memorial Hospital.

Memberships include the Kentucky Orthopaedic Society, Southern Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Warren County Medical Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Southern Orthopaedic Association and the Bowling Green/Warren County Chamber of Commerce.

If I could give a zero I would . In 2003 he did back surgery on me 6 weeks later I had to have another one then 6 weeks later I had to have another one . Never put in hard where .then in 2006 he did the 4th one. I have lived with horrible pain since 2003

He was awesome when I broke my leg. He checked on me even after I left the hospital. Every appointment he was very attentive. I would refer him to anyone!

Dr. Olson is very rude and has a smart mouth I would not recommend no one to him.

Another doctor told me I had a torn rotato cuff. I was looking at surgery. Dr Olson found it was just frozen shoulder. Took care of my problem. I have recommended him to others and all have been happy. And I have also seen him for a couple of other issues. Very happy very satisfied

Overly RUDE, Smart & not in a good way.

Complete waste of time. I do not recommend this ortho doc.

Now I know why it was so easy to get an appt. to see Dr. Olson. Went through the motions and did not take my concerns seriously. He had preconceived notions and was too lazy to do a proper examination. Don't bother seeing this doc.

Dr.Olson could have cared less about me or my situation, he was in my room for about 3 minutes.
