Sadly, I've had several bad experiences with Dr Champagne's front staff and phone staff -- surprisingly terse and rude. I do not recommend this office, simply because of how I was treated by staff.

I have been going to Dr. Champagne for 20yrs, she is an outstanding Dr. And very caring and concern of her patients problems. Her staff is awesome, and her assistant Ms.Gabby.

I have been a patient of Dr Champagne for 20 years. She is caring, respectful and extremely competent. In an emergency she will be sure to see me immediately. She makes sure to get back to me on any questions I have in a timely manner. I highly recommend her as a physician who will go the extra mile for her patients.

I was a long time patient and needed care. I called them told them my cancer was listed as 70% chance of back a routine ultra sound. I had to wait 4 months for an appointment, Finally a day before I get in , I'm phoned told. We stopped taking your insurance 6 weeks ago. They don't pay enough. We are weening patient who's insurances pay outs are low. As far as Drs go she and Pain are as good as most. Having a female was mor important to me than anything/ Quality time and whether she will run the course with you? probably not going to happen. As far a allowing me to wait weeks before notifying me about the police change. Really inexcusable/ IO I get it. Turned away after 4 months waiting for an appointment

I have been going to Dr. Champagne for years now. My first visit she spent almost an hour with me, learning my history and any current concerns I had. Her office staff is great! Whenever I've been really sick I can usually get in that day or the next day. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. I have recommended her to several friends who also feel she is a wonderful doctor.
