Dr. Lynne Dorothy Diggs, MD

3 years ago I was a fan- she was kind and helpful. Fast forward to the last year and she has not been great. She chocked some of severe cramping and vomiting to "hormones", when in fact I had to have surgery to remove part of my digestive system. Really disappointed me. Ironic to all of the other reviews, Karen has always been great to me, but I can't be brushed off as another patient with "lady issues."

Dr. Diggs is a wonderful doctor who shows compassion for her patients. She has a very calm demeanor that makes you feel welcome and that she cares right away

Dr.Diggs and her staff have always been very cordial and helpful to both my husband and I. We have been going to her for the last 5 years or so and she has always been a great doctor.

Karen is so rude! If I saw her on the streets I would probably beat her up!! Dr. Diggs is very nice and kind and I don't understand how she has someone as rude as Karen working in her office. Adrian is who I prefer to deal with because Karen is sloppy, rude, and far from professional. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone unless your ready to fight with Karen over your health!

Dr Diggs is very knowladgeable and experienced. However, I decided to switch to another GP: her office is terrible, her receptionist is unbelievably rude and disrepsectful. To schedule a sick visit, you need to beg, plead and listen to long speeches on how the doctor does not have time for you. When I got there for my last appointment, it turned out that my records had been sent to storage because "there was no space to keep the files", so the doctor had no idea who I am and when was last time she saw me. Enough is enough: I found a different doctor with normal office policies and civilized staff.

Very bad doctor and rude staff. Called her for refill of medicines since there was very little left. Based on my health condition, she should have responded to it quickly. Called the pharmacy and they told me that the doctor hasn't approved it at all! I'm going to look for a new primary physician for sure!

I really wanted to like this doctor, as I had read good reviews for her. However, the very first visit with her should have told me something. She talked with me for about 5 minutes, and then told me that it was great news that I was healthy, because it made her job easier. I felt weird by that comment, and was upset with how very dismissive she was to my concerns, but I decided to give her another chance. Next appointment, even though I was 30 min early, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Then when I called and asked for a simple blood test, she ordered the wrong test, and got upset with me when I called to ask her about it. I'm surprised that a GP didn't know what a karyotype was. Overall, she was very unprofessional, and I should have trusted my gut instinct. I'll never go back. Fast Track Urgent Care in Kensington is 100 times better, and they are better listeners.

I chose this doctor because certain people have raved about her bedside manner. I found it to be dismissive and uninformative. Perhaps she prefers more elderly clients.

Very caring and competent treatment and you don't feel rushed as you so often do with other treaters.
