the nurses are more nicer then the actual doctor. you also have to exaggerate your pain in order for to pay attention to you or understand.

my grandkids are not afraid to go to her, she that friendly. Wow, and her staff is kind, compassionate, and patient

My first time here and my kids love the themed examination rooms. I was reading other reviews and I guess they learned from their past experience and now they are serving very well. Never too late to change. Keep it up!!! Dr. Go is very nice and listen to us well. Thank you.

I always see the nurse practitioner not the doctor. I should be seeing the doctor every time I take in my son. The nurse Susie is very rude and talks down to her patients and criticizes parenting styles of parents who take their children here. She makes the parents seem like they are wrong for asking questions and being concerned for their children's health and well being. All she is concerned about is making money. Don't take your children here.

Do not take your child here. The place is always packed and there always seems to be just one doctor on duty. Not only is the wait to see Dr Gutierrez at a 2 hour minimum, but she is always rushing and does not ever check your child thoroughly nor does she ever seem to have time to answer any of your questions (she's cut me off mid sentence so she can hurry over to her next patient). The rooms are dirty and uninviting and some even have holes on the walls and the ceiling. If you care about your child's well being take them somewhere else. Taking my newborn baby here was one of the biggest mistakes I could have made as a new parent.

Terrible. I don't even know why I continue to even try. Wait time is 2 hours in the lobby, and half hour in the room or more after that just for the "doctor" to see your child for 5 minutes. Dignos is them with something and send them off. Then they go and submit payment to insurance for a healthy visit when it clearly was not, just to get their funds. They rip you off, waste your time when you could be going to a doctor who truly cares and will give your child the best care possible. The staff is horrible too. At least the front desk, some of the nurses in the back are nice. But front desk should be in the cleaning closet. Bad attitudes. Horrible overall experience. Plus you call at 8am when they're open and their answering service will continue to stay on. They take patients in at 8am, but don't even have a doctor on staff until 8:30, as the nurse told me. Clearly, that place is doing EVERYTHING WRONG.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO DR GO OFFICE. I TOOK MY SON AND SHE SAID ITS A VIRUS HE IS FINE IT WILL GO AWAY BY ITS SELF LOOK HE IS SMILING AT ME HE IS NOT SICK !!! SO I TOOK HIM TO ANOTHER PEDIATRICIAN AND THEY DIAGNOSED HIM WITH PHARYNGITIS. DR GO ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE PATIENTS, YES HER OFFICE IS PRETTY BUT SHE IS SERIOUSLY NOT A GOOD DOCTOR.
