Dr. Mabel Moon-Pou Cheng, MD

Dr. Cheng is very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. She has performed several surgeries on my eyes and I wouldn't trust anyone else but her.

Would not recommend She just cares about making money. The office Herds patience in like a revolving door. She schedules unnecessary follow ups just to keep you coming back again and again.

I had cataract surgery 2019. After surgery I developed what she diagnosed as bacterial conjunctivitis. She treated me for conjunctivitis with antibiotics for six weeks I called her after two weeks still not better. I am a nurse practitioner and stated is does not take over two weeks to clear an infection. She said continue with antibiotics it takes time. It never cleared up. I also noticed looking in the mirror I had a cloud in my left eye. When I went back for follow up I had an eye test and could not see out of my left eye. When I told her she had no comment and did not appear to care. She told me to continue with the antibiotic cream to my eye lashes I guess for ever? I am seeing another Dr now I did not have bacterial conjunctivitis it was allergic conjunctivitis which he diagnosed in a minute and cleared up after taking allergy drops in a couple of days. I also have to have surgery again.

This office stuff are very rude and Dr. Cheng is also rude to her patients. Don't not recommend.

I visited Dr. Cheng for the first time at the beginning of this year. I could tell things were professionally run, and she had a warm and friendly bedside manner. These are things that my previous Ophthalmologist did not have. I can say I was impressed. She even took the time to show me what was going on through showing me the pictures and footage she saw, which was great and really helped me feel comfortable and in the loop about my care.

I have had very little contact with Dr. Cheng due to tasks being divided among other competent staff. I have had most of my contact with Brian Lemanski, who is a treasure. His brain is an amazing computer, but his compassion, empathy and patience are extraordinary. I now have the confidence in this practice to do my cataract surgery, which is incredibly scarey to me. I need Dr. Cheng's expertise to be in the operating room.

I went to Dr. Cheng for the first time a few months ago. Needless to say I was very impressed. I have never seen so much equipment before. My other eye doctor definitely did not have the equipment she has. I even got to see my pictures in the exam room while she went over them, which was nice since I could actually see what the problem was. I appreciated her taking the time to do that.

Excellent professional qualifications and nice to work with. I have no complaints.

Diagnosed, repaired and followed up on cataract. Very pleased with the outcome and the follow-up.

Rude, full of herself, and in too much of a hurry. She gave me the wrong precription not once, but twice and would not own up to her error. It's the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I had to go to another doctor to get the right prescription. Steer clear of this one!
