Dr. Mablene Buggs, MD

This "doctor" needs to learn some bedside manner and compassion. She was rude, condescending and berates patients for coming into the ER. She did not examine me or take my history, just kept her back to me as she is reading the computer and talking down to me like I am incapable of understanding her. She has obviously chosen the wrong profession since healthcare requires a physician to "care" for patients-which she does not!! It is absolutely evident in the way she speaks and treats you! Oh but she will brag to you about how many awards she has won.

I have never, in my life, been treated as poorly by a doctor as I was by this so called doctor. She spent the ENTIRE visit gaslighting me. She had ZERO compassion, did not care, in the least, what I was dealing with, refused to listen to me, and treated my like a drug addict without even letting me explain or respond to ANYTHING! I was blown away by her. She shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with any type of medicine that deals with patients

Dr Buggs cared for me in the ED. She was interested in me as a patient, tested, then accurately treated my problem. She was very pleasant. A very good experience.

I would have to say I've of the mist argumentative doctor I have dealt with.she didnt care about what I was dealing with and just doesn't need to practice medicine. What a horrible example of what our medical care system has resorted too. Hitjng incompetent idiots!

Very Rude!

Worse person and Dr.no respect for other people.and had on a gallon of perfume and you could scrap off her makeup.saw her in er at Duquoin hospital.never again.

Bedside manner was horrible!! She was argumentive about symptoms and diagnosis, and lacked any compassion. Very condescending and made you feel as you had no control or idea of what your own situation was or how to treat it.

After arriving at Crossroads Community hospital around midnight with stomach pain, I left 2 hours later in almost more pain than when I arrived and very irritated. The only thing the doctor did was tell me I'm too emotional and that it was all mental... As in I was making up my pain. I was crying because they had to stick me 3 times and gave me a bad IV which gave me a terrible headache and throbbing hand. I was given nausea medicine through injection (which I wasn't nauseous) and a bottle of a stomach elixir (which I told them I wouldn't be able to take without vomiting) So they told me that since I was "refusing treatment" I should just go home. It was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this doctor at all.
