Dr. Madelaine Mabunga Aquino, MD

After two months of medical record reviews, an appointment was refused. The office staff was rude and would not give any reasonable answer as to why I was rejected. A waste of my time and efforts, very unprofessional, patients are not the focus of this office.

Listened to my issues and was open to try different treatments if I tried one and did not like it, or if, after my input, she knew of another more favorable treatment. Dr Aquino has her patients sign contracts regarding medicine usage and "Doctor shopping" or using multiple pharmacies. On one occasion I had accidentally broke my contract by not keeping current with my vitamin supplements, yet she kept me as a patient. She has always appeared empathetic, but I definitely noticed that I needed to prove myself as a legitimate patient.

Avoid this office! Dr. Madelaine M. Aquino is not very competent in my opinion. This doctor, Dr. Madelaine M. Aquino, after taking over two months to review my case, tells me she cannot treat me. When asked for an explanation, I am told the reason is because I tested negative for pain medicine in a previous urinalysis. (Of course I didnâ??t have pain medicine in my system! My primary care doctor sent me to you for that.) Back in 2008 I had been referred to this doctor along with a Rheumatologist. At my one and only appointment with Dr. Madelaine Aquino, all that was done was a urine test. Weeks later I received a letter from her office stating they could not treat me. Thank goodness in the meantime I got into the Rheumatologist office who promptly prescribed pain medication to ease my suffering. (I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia along with three herniated discs in my cervical spine and severe stenosis of the spine.) There are other good pain specialist out there!!!

She was very rude. Didn't seem to care about me the patient. She appeared to be mad at the world. When I told her my medicine dosages she all but called me a liar. She shouldn't be working with people.

She Is rude..Arrogant. ..Does NOT Listen. ..comes into room with a negative attitude before knowing a person. ..very accusatory. ..don't care for her and will try and seek services elsewhere!

Rudest, most unprofessional doctor I've ever encountered. This doctor is financially driven and is not in favor of patient care. I have never seen such sub-standard care and professionalism. DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS DOCTOR! Go to someone who will listen and be your advocate, show compassion not greed.
