Found her to be harsh and abrupt. My daughter saw her once and we avoided her after that.

Yes, she cares for your child and does a good job. However, she speaks very direct to parents and it comes across as rude at times. My wife and I weren't impressed.

Dr Murad connects well with patients and parents. She is empathetic and caring, but no nonsense about the essentials of good health care. Dr Murad takes the time to answer questions from children and explain what's happening to them whether in an exam or in connection with an illness in terms they can understand but without ever talking down to them. She follows up to see how children are responding to medications or whether they are improving following an injury or illness. She's been our pediatrician for years and we've been extremely happy.

Dr. Murad is a wonderful, caring pediatrician who consistently spends time with us. She never rushes us out and always goes above and beyond. She follows up by phone and always seems to have the time to take the time that all doctors should.
