Dr. Madelyn Renee Sartain, DO

She is a professional, that cares deeply for her patients. She has treated me for over 10 years. She listens, and has made accurate diagnosis, and then treats or refers you to the best doctors. Through her treatment, and referrals, my health has been restored in ways I never thought possible. I thank God for this brilliant, caring, professional Doctor.

This Doctor is one of the worst. Her staff changes routinely. Her daughter works the front desk and acts like a lunatic screaming down the halls and the doctor her self has no bedside manner. She is Great if you are looking for a controlled substance to be written without question but absolutely aweful if you really want a physician that cares.

She write scripts and then claims she she didn't do it when her name is clearly on the scripts.

The bad reviewer sounds like a disgruntled ex employee. Her staff has been the source of my problems in her office. Dr. Sartain cared for my family for twenty years and she's one of the best family practice in Ohio if not ever. Without her, the tumor in my brain causing migraines may not have been found in time to save my life. I've met many in her office with similar stories. She has a great bedside manner but she's so good I wouldn't care if she didn't. She cares for her patients.

Doctor Sartain has cared for me for almost a year. The previous Doctor that i had seen only cared about money and writing out prescriptions. Dr.Sartain Has run tests on me and sent me to specialist .I have found out that I have had high cholesterol for a while for the first time. She put me on medicine and a diet and I have list almost 35 pounds. She also cared enough to get me a mobility chair so at home I would not be falling all the time and injuring myself more. Her staff has been also pleasant with me and in the difficalt times lent their ear. I don't agree with people who put her down. When people complain it is because they don't get what they want and try to hurt some one hoping to get gain. Dr. Sartain no matter what is alright with me no matter what. God bless her and her staff.
