Doctor who cares about their patients, caring supportive and educated doctor with great supportive staff. I have seen him since 2015. I experience headache and Migraines daily, hourly and monthly. His office staff are great in Patient to doctor feed back. I really take my doctor and patient interaction seriously and he has always been very professional and educational.

I was referred to this doctor when I lost my old neurologist. I had one issue that needed to be addressed. After running a truckload of testing on me for everything under the sun, he dismissed me as a patient. My original problem he wasn’t interested in. He made out well with all the testing he billed my insurances for though.

Professional, caring, supportive front office staff with a Educated Neurologist willing to give advice and use the top of the line new Medication techniques. Migraines can be a challenge to live with take a leap of faith and trust a Doctor who will listen to your needs and an office staff that is supportive to your own personal health issues.

I was nervous about seeing this doctor, staff explained forms that needed to be completed which helped him diagnose my head injury. Had been having severe headaches and mood changes for 2 years, completed all the forms and he went over my examination and reviewed all items on the forms then recorded a report for my Dr. He listened to my sister's questions then made a diagnosis after doing magnetic resonance imaging of the head. helped me get onto gabapentin which gave me side effects earlier . Headaches have decreased markedly able to sleep and will be a returning to work. Would recommend this doctor, very professional and thorough

Wouldn't send the prescription to my pharmacy. Kept insisting that I use the pharmacy across the street from his office. When I went across the street to pick up my meds I figured out why. The banner on the building said it all- Grand Opening - I think he's after the money and not so much for the patients well being. I'm scheduled for an EEG but not so sure about seeing dr. Suriname anymore.

Office feels they can charge $40 for an appointment cancelled less that 48 hours in advance, but they cancelled on my 2-3 hours in advance. When I rescheduled I arrived early and sat in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Then the office lost my test results and I had to go back in to re-run them. What a horrible office experience. That is no way to run a business.

I stopped seeing this doctor because of his rude and unprofessional behavior. He tried to convince me that I had epilepsy and talked into his recording device during my visit. He tried to make me feel stupid when I addressed my concerns and questions. He never treated me for my migraines and pain issues. This doctor acts arrogant and is money hungry! Don't go to him,

This doctor is concerned with his financial gain. He gives a diagnosis in minutes and orders ridiculously priced & unnecessary testing. His billing department should be arrested for the excessive over charging and crooked business ways. They sent me a bill over 1 1/2 years after my last appointment for $107.00 when I argued with them they threatened to send me to collections, I threatened to report them for fraud. They then changed their tone and agreed that my account was current and had a zero balance, said their billing program was being revamped. Then 3 months later I got the same bill and again threatened to send me to collections????? Once again after 2 weeks of phone tag they said it was a legit bill and then when I gave them all of my notes I had written down they said they made a mistake. They try to make you believe you still owe them money after they give you a spill about how medical insurance works. Sorry, I've been to other doctors and NEVER encountered the problems I… encountered here. He prescribed me with 4 different medications after speaking to me for just 10 minutes (he never listens to you either he just talks over you and makes you feel dumb). I filled the 4 prescriptions and after reading about each one when I got home, I decided it would be better off not to take them. He gave me a drug prescribed for seizures which had nothing to do with my problems. I was scheduled for an EEG on this machine that he has people lined up out the door to do so he can make couple hundred dollars a hit. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SKETCHY.

The dr. was rapid in his illness description, educated the family continuosly, willing to respond to many questions. To enable family's coping, to teach them to assist the patient to improve his lifestyle and adjustments .Sets all appts in timelly manner. Readily adjusts the orders accto pationts returning of illness episodes. He has changed meds seeming to be correct for changing needs of the patient, with noticable effective results.

My overall experience was great with this doctor. I was real nervous about seeing this doctor because I thought the test would hurt me but they eased my mind and helped me overcome these fears and the doctor to the time to answer my questions. I would recommend him to family and friends.
