Dr. Madhavi Uppalapati, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Uppalapati for more than 3 year now. She is an amazing doctor. I always see a nice smile on her face which makes me really comfortable. When ever I have a question used to call the Doctor Office where I will be getting the answers so quick or I will be asked to come into the office and the staff is so nice makes me to fit into the schedule . I will continue to go see her and her wonderful staff.

I really like Dr. and office staff. Very professional, easy to reach office, time punctual and keep you record up to date. Doctor gives very detail attention to your health related matter. Definitely recommend to others.

I have been a patient here for years. I work in medical profession for 20yrs as a RN. I got charged $150 for an office visit, I have UHG through my employer. I follow two speciality MD’s and my office visits after deductible are no more $50. How does a PCP charge that amount of money for a visit to check for UTI and spends less than 10 minutes in the room each time I have visited her. I am very skeptical of the front office staff, I used my HSA card for the first time at my last office visit, and a day later I get a call from Optum Bank asking me did I authorize a transaction for $68.98 for a transaction done online in India. Instantly red flags went up. I will be definitely investigating this ASAP with UHG. Time to search for a New PCP.

sadly we have lost Dr Uppalapati as our PCP due to changes in our insurance . she is the best doctor we have ever had in our over 50 years in America, her and her staff sopend time with you on your problems and go over your blood work with you , our medicare wont allow us to change insurance companies until oct so hopefully we will be back in her care once more

Dr is thorough and diagnosis of my thyroid condition and followed up with labs an treatment plan. I like here very much as she is very caring and office staff are very curtious in scheduling and followup.

I liked her at first, she seemed interested and through but as time we on she would never listen to your concerns, was in a hurry. Really who does a physical exam with your clothes on and listens to your heart through your shirt, did not examine my throat or thyroid just a quick listen , nurse took vitals. Dr wanted to argue about everything I was much surprised at her attitude, her body language said it was her way or No Way and that she was very angry. I respect her position but would have liked her to listed and respect mine also, treated me like a silly 3 year old that needed to be punished for a condition I can not help and certainly did not ask for. No I will be findng another physician. Her office staff are just the best and I certainly hope she treats them better than she treated me.
