I have never experienced a well-being appointment last three hours. Takes an enormous amount of time for little things and keeps on leaving in between to attend to other patients and comes back after 30 minutes. Horrible organization.

My daughter’s both brought my grandchildren to this practice. BOTH had a mediocre experience with the pediatrician as she seemed a bit overstretched and needed more medical support and assistance. The REAL problem was with the argumentative, defensive, adversarial, unprofessional reception/office staff. I witnessed her rudely snapping at my daughter and always arguing as to WHY she was in the right! She is never organized....promises things and doesn’t follow through unless multiple reminder calls are made, and she seems to take things quite personally when it is simply a business situation. Both daughters have moved from the practice based on rancor from receptionist/office staff .....more so than medical care/doctor. The doctor should take this review under high regard and warning....as the face of her business could cause the ruin of her practice.

She is an amazing human being. She has always been there for our kids. She is a wonderful doctor and her bed side manners is excellent. We highly recommend her.
