There is a reason she is usually accepting new patients... don't waste your time. Now that I think about it, it's weird she's always accepting new patients because I could never schedule an appt with her. Always put onto a NP. That could also be because she doesn't want to deal with anyone who struggles with mental health.

Fast food healthcare. In and out the door. Claims to want to build relationships with her patients, yet rushes patients out the door. My physical lasted 10 minutes, and she didnt even suggest bloodwork despite my abnormal lipid panels from over a year ago. Good luck getting in touch with her...

I had a horrible experience with this dr when I went for a family emergency that left me extremely upset. My usual dr was not in so I had no choice but to see her. She down played everything I was saying as if it was not as bad as I made the situation out to be. I left the office feeling worse than when I went in . I was urged to report her which I did . Never again !!

I took Dr. Wolslegel as my primary car physician because she was one of the few available. I was told the earliest time for a physical was booking nearly one year out. At the physical I was seen be the nurse practitioner who was very rude and although I told her the things that were bothering me and medications that did and did not work previously she would only prescribe medications I took previously even though they were not effective; she said I needed to find a specialist. I made a second appointment and met with Dr. Wolslegel after the perscribed medications did more harm than help, who said the same thing but at least this time referred me to a specialist that may not have a 6+ month wait. That specialist helped me tremendously and I am still seen on this office. Another 6 months go by and I call the office for an appointment because I had a migraine for 3 days accompanied by next and back pain, muscle soreness, light and sound sensitivity. I had never experienced such a thing… before and when the office called me back they said we would like to schedule you an appointment for 1-2 weeks from now. They did not give any suggestions on what I’m supposed to do in the meantime with a migraine. My NP, RN & even FB friends suggested practical optionals and showed more care and compassion than my primary care. Needless to say I did not schedule the appointment for 2 weeks out and I am now searching for another primary care. Wouldn’t refer any family or friends to Wanda Pothier or Mae Woselegel.
