Dr Wassef has been my doctor for over 30 years and has helped me with whatever issue I might have! He office is clean and the staff is awesome!

I love Dr Wasseff and his Front Desk receptionist but the person in charge of getting your results to you and scheduling any test for you is either too busy and needs help because I can never get through to get results or to get them to order my test. I called and left message on their voice mail 2 weeks ago to schedule my Mammogram because it has to be diagnostic and I can not schedule that myself. I have not heard anything from this office staff. I call and get put on hold forever...

Dr. Wassef is a great doctor! Wait time was a bit long, but understandable as he has many patients. Both he and the staff were very courteous and took time to listen and recommend what was best for me. I highly recommend Dr. Wassef

Very poor care will write a script and send you out . Does not follow up well or handle things in timely manner. He has lost his passion for healthcare!

Dr. Wassef has been our family doctor for 8+ years, and has always been very helpful, and a few times I've had some complicated situations. He takes time to listen, eases my worry, and provides thoughtful solutions to each problem. Many times he has seen us on the same day that I left another doctor's office confused and upset. He is very objective and looks at the big picture. He usually sees things that other doctors have missed. We think he is an excellent doctor.

Went to Dr. Wassef with headache, stomach cramps,& frequent BM's. He talked to me a few minutes & told me I was a dope addict which was certainly not the case since I am in my 70s & never used anything in my life.Seemed to have no interest in a diagnoses.

I met Dr. Wassef for the first time today and I have to say..I was impressed. He is super friendly and has a way of making you feel at ease and confident that everything will be OK and that he will do whatever it takes to figure out what is going on with you. He spent way more time with me than I expected. I highly recommend him and definitely consider him one of the best Doctors I have ever had! I did have to wait for about an hour in the waiting room (which was frustrating considering I had the first appointment after lunch)

I've never had any problems at Dr. Wassef's office. Wait time is very fair, even when they see you the same day. Dr. Wassef is friendly and takes his time. You don't get the feeling of being "rushed". Nurse is quite pleasant. New website is an awesome way to get test/lab results quickly, get refills, appointments, and see your history.

The medical assistant (nurse) really couldn't care less, but the staff at the front desk are very nice. I've never had a problem with the wait time, usually around 20 minutes. Dr.Wassef is a great doctor, very thorough and personable. He takes the time to explain things and answer your questions.
