Dr El-Kalliny was very kind and personable and explained what needed to be done to relieve my back and leg pain. His PA, Trey, is also excellent. While it did take awhile to get an appointment with Dr El-Kalliny, the wait was worth it. I was impressed with his knowledge and especially his kindness. I will be thankful when I can finally get the surgery to relieve my pain. Waiting is the hardest part, but in the end I truly believe it will be worth it.

Dr is okay staff is a nightmare. The phone tree is horrible and trying to get someone to call you back won’t happen. Turned in my FMLA paperwork 2 weeks ago called every day this week, now Friday no one has called me back, paperwork hasn’t been submitted. Keep getting sent to voicemails.
