I can't really speak much about Dr. Milad's surgical skill or knowledge as a OBGYN physician because I've had one visit, mostly with his resident that lead to an incidental finding of a potential tumor unrelated to my gynecological issues. I was notified of this finding via his RN through a late night MyChart message. They passed along abnormal finding of potential rare cancer (that I'm now starting the process getting diagnosed) and an oncological surgeon to consult. No phone call, didn't give me the number to schedule with the surgeon, really no help going forward. Just know you are clearly not worth this office's time. They do not care about you enough to to assist in any way.

I was just diagnosed with endometriosis, I had lesions that spread to my bladder and colon. He performed the surgery with very tiny incisions. He also gave me other options but I chose surgery. He was able to save my ovaries, I also had fibroids that were removed at the same time. He’s very to the point and direct , serious but has this angelic compassionate vibe. I’m happy I trusted him to help me .

I have never met a doctor with such a wonderful bedside manner, ability to explain my condition and complete description of my options. He really is a role model!

I finally found a doctor that LISTENED to me. I trust Dr. Milad.

I was hesitant to travel so far (110 miles), just to hear the same things as my local doctor, about how I had to do a hysterectomy, but was I surprised. Dr. Milad gave me about a dozen options, explained each of them and how it was or wasn't good for me. He gave me a print out of everything we talked about. He is what a doctor should be... I wish he was closer, but I will continue to make the trip every year.

He was very friendly and compassionate
