The last 2 visits to Dr Tadros has been over two hours. The staff just makes excuses instead of taking responsibility. I have encouraged my husband to change drs but he likes Dr Tadros. I changed from this a year ago and glad I did

At first I was happy with Dr Tadros, but over the years i wasn't happy anymore. Does he really care about his patients? I would say not to much. I had sinus infections for many years, about four or five. I keep getting sick and all I got from him was antibiotics. until I had to get help somewhere else, I got surgery and I had been fine since then. it has been about eight years seeing to Tadros for may reason, my biggest complaint has been upper back pain. according to him I'm ok,, muscle spams. For so long and may complaints he could tell me I had spine problems Once again I had to get help somewhere else NOT from my primary doctor..I have herniated discs on my neck, I could have been with out any pain long long ago.

Dr. Tadros has been my families Primary Care Physician for over 20 years now. He has proven time after time that he truly cares. One such instance was when my wife was bitten by a brown recluse spider, he provided the right care that served to minimize the damage the bite could of caused. Amazing Doctor and a great guy!

Recently moved to Houston. Tried one primary care doctor and it was a disaster. Completely opposite next try. Dr. Tadros is amazing. Not a doubt in my mind that he absolutely cares for the health of his patients above all else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tadros for over 20 years. In every encounter, I found him extremely patient with all of my questions. He never hesitates to spend the time I need in the visit. He is well connected and respected in the medical community. When suppling a referral, I can count on it being one of the best in the area. In addition, his staff is awesome.

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze in the park. His staff is so friendly and kind. All smiles and very helpful. Speaking with Dr Tadros was so easy. Gave him my symptoms and He immediately knew what was wrong. His compassion and concern was wonderful. I will be coming back. I have not slept for more than 5 hours until after seeing Dr Tadros. No sleeping pills required. Just got lots of answers and am on my was to being 100%. Thank you Dr Tadros. You Nd your staff are wonderful!

Scheduling was a nightmare...had to call numerous times and be rerouted in between giggles from staff members telling each other jokes. Finally after getting a hold of someone, the person doesn't gather the complete insurance information even though I kept asking her if she needed anything else...she said she would follow up prior to the appointment and never did. Half and hour before the appointment still no call from the office about whether my insurance will cover the procedure. I call twice because no one picks up the first time though the office is suppose to be open. The person who picks up says they never called because I didn't give them the information they needed. So she blames me for their incompetence and never once apologized for not having called me to obtain the information or clarify? I will never use their services.

Been going to him for 8 months. For each visit, I've had ti wait over an HOUR past my scheduled appointment time just to see him for 10 minutes--and that's just the good news. I've got multiple medical issues, and they are well documented from my previous PCM and current specialists. I had to see him today in order to get medications directed from a SPECIALIST, but he stated that I didn't need them--"You'll be okay!" And, this is for MENTAL HEALTH issues stemming from depression due to military injuries and my current horrible health and terrible pain. He didn't take the advice that a Psychologist recommended based on a 2-hour exam regarding my current condition. He based it in a questionnaire I filled out that was in reference to my lifestyle THIRTY FRIGGIN' years ago! I had told him 2 months ago about these issues, yet he brushed them off then. Today--he asked me why I never told him about them. I reminded him of the outburst 2 months ago, to which he changed the… topic. This issue is so serious, that I've got my insurance case manager directing treatment, a psychologist demanding medication and this stunt-double doc disregarding it all. Time to find a new PCM.

I can honestly say Dr. Magdy Tadros is the worst doctor I have gone to. I was with him for many years and from day one I told him I suffered from headaches and back pain. He told me "you are too young to have problems, it's all in your head, you just need to stretch." So I believed him, I thought maybe it was all just in my head. But the pain persisted... So I went to a chiropractor and found out that I have scoliosis, and degenerative discs in my back. That was the last straw... I went to a new doctor and since then I have found out that not only do I have digerati be discs in my lower back but also in my neck, also, arthritis. Not to mention that you wait about 1 hour just so that he talks to you for five minutes. Never explained what was wrong with me when I was sick, didnt tell me what any of the medications he prescribed to were for or what they would do. He is a mean mean mean man.
