Outstanding Experience at NCH Creekside – A Top-Notch Medical Team I recently visited NCH at Creekside in Naples, Florida, for a gastroenterology procedure with Dr. Bakr, and I must say that from start to finish, my experience was absolutely exceptional. The care I received felt more like being welcomed into a warm and thoughtful home than a medical facility. From the moment I arrived, Anakaren, the receptionist, greeted me with a kind smile and a genuine welcome that instantly put me at ease. In the pre-op room, Vicky and Terry, the nurses, were professional, compassionate, and incredibly attentive, explaining each step with calm reassurance. During the procedure, I was in the capable hands of Deborah and John, the anesthesiologists. Their professionalism and kind demeanor gave me complete confidence, and I felt safe and cared for throughout. Afterward, Kris, the release nurse, provided an incredibly smooth and thoughtful transition home. Most importantly, the entire process was… seamless—there were no complications, no pain, and no side effects. I left the facility feeling healthy, respected, and deeply grateful. NCH at Creekside is truly an outstanding facility, and the entire staff works together like a beautifully coordinated team. I was treated not just as a patient, but as a person. I highly recommend this incredible medical team and would return without hesitation should I ever need care in the future.

My previous medication was no longer working, Doc Bakr and staff were able to quickly update my treatment plan successfully. I'm so happy, and am doing great now thanks to Doc Bakr and the NCH team!

I had a scope last year and Dr. Bakr did it. He was very forth coming with the results and what I needed to do. I recommend him highly!

Egotistical freshman physician with a cavalier arrogance that will likely follow him throughout his career. As a severely ill patient who called for an urgent appointment and clearly explained my predicament ahead of time, he still decided it would be a "waste of time" to read my carefully prepared notes (I have suffered voice loss as a complication stemming from systemic GI issues). He refused to look at my records ordered neatly on a laptop, due to the fact my printer broke a few days before the office visit. This was also a "waste of his time" and "pointless." He ended the consult practically before it began, after charging me for a full visit, and after I begged him to just read my notes; he again refused. I have a major hernia that has penetrated into my thoracic cavity causing severe muscle atrophy, systemic gastroparesis, excruciating physical disability, and a constellation of other symptoms. He poked once at my belly and I jumped in pain and he said "go to hospital." I… had just finished explaining that the hospitals were referring me back to GI - repeatedly. Staff was nice, nurse was nice, otherwise, UGH.
