Dr. Maggie Sue Chau, DO

I saw her to get some lab work done. I then asked the office to send to Quest. When I went to Quest, they did not have it. And then call this doctor's office and ask them to resend the order. The doctor denied she did the order for me. When I said this was very strange. She replied that I was attacking her. So I just switch doctor. I don't want to see a doctor and get myself angry.

She is the worst doctor that I have ever visited. I can do without personality and bedside manner in a physician, but I do not like to be physically hurt. I got my act together and had maybe 6 things that I wanted to mention, chronic anemia, enlarged thyroid--she cut me off. Just is not interested in the patient.

If you do care and concern about your health, I would highly recommend please do not choose this doctor. If you want to die sooner, then please choose her. The doctor herself does not seem to care for her patient at all. She spend really little time asking about my health or showing concern/care about my health and does not take time to hear about the symtoms I have. I was so much in pain and desperately need her treatment but she just send me to take some blood tests and said well if the tests is OK then you are not have any sickness....(????) That's it ?!Then after I took the blood tests, I try to make the follow up appoitment for 2 days and no one answer the phone. They have a message greeting and say don't leave your message her. It's been a week I took the test and just try to see the result, and it is taking me 2 days to call her office and still I can't make any appoitment because no one pick up the phone. It's the suckest, the lowest, the worst doctor office I have ever had… since I was born. Please choose someone else who cares!
