Dr. Mahesh Ratilal Pandya, MD

This review strictly pertains to Dr. Pandya's assistant (nurse that takes the blood pressure). My mom is no longer a patient there because after we lost everything from house fire, and now living closer to my sister. Once finally settled, and in the process of new doctor's office in the process of reviewing her insurance before setting her up with an appointment this COVD stopped everything in it's track. Adding now more stress on my plate, being my mom's caregiver, I wanted to ask Dr. Pandya if he could approve her refills, at least for a month. I had left a message to Dr. Pandya's office twice, since every time I called, the answering machine was on, even though it was not before/after operating hours. After giving up, and never getting a call back, today, several weeks later, I finally get a call. Before I could explain anything to his asst/nurse she IMMEDIATELY cut me off rudely saying there is NO WAY that Dr. Pandya will approve her meds!!! So because of her action, I now… have to hope that my mom's meds don't run out before the quarantine is lifted/save to take her out. Fact is, she needs her meds to live, and I am trying to keep her safe from catching COVD.

I have received excellent treatment from Dr. Pandya. He really cares about his patients. Marvin Simmons
