Dr. Mahmood Ghiyath Alnahass, MD

He is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen. He actually try to find your health issues. He uses every medical treatments or outside Doctors for their research. He is friendly, professional. I have never had to wait hours to see him when going to my appointment. His office people are well educated in regards to the treatments I have had . When the ladies in the office setup my appointments . They work with my schedule. Just a great team of people.

I'm writing this on behalf of a friend who is currently suffering from seizures. The doctor has only told him to "take more meds", which seem to be making things worse. There is no communication, no compassion, no HELP. My friend is truly suffering and living in fear. When he has tried to express this to the doctor, Dr. Alnahass straight-up ignores him and speaks into his little audio recorder. He has provided no clarity, advice, or relief to my friend who continues to have seizures which only seem to be getting worse. I really don't know what service this doctor is actually providing, because my friend hasn't gotten any answers as to the cause or nature of these seizures. He is living in constant anxiety and fear not knowing what is happening (or what will happen), and frankly, Dr. Alnahass' lack of communication and care seems to have only made this worse. Can you imagine? I'm furious.

I too was a Silberman transfer patient. I find Dr.Alnahass be an excellent listener and explains matters directly and clearly, very good demeanor. The support staff is attentive and returns calls promptly.

Dr alnahass is a great doctor the bad thing is you have to wait two to three days to get your prescription called in

I've gone to Dr alnahass for several years I wouldn't trade him for another neurologist I feel I am so lucky to have him as my dr.

Dr Alnahass and staff are great. Dr Alnahass took over Dr Silbermans patients. He took care of me very well. He listened to me and took his time. It was worth the wait. His office is always busy, but they do return phone calls with in 24 hours.

My son was a patient of Dr Silberman. Dr Alnahass took over his patients. My son has autism and a seizure disorder and requires a refill of his seizure meds. This Dr has not called the refill in 3 days later we have no medication. Horrible eye contact, bedside manner and customer service. We will not be back for a second visit.

Our daughter was diagnosed with MS after years of symptoms and a barrage of tests. He handed her a bunch of brochures on MS drugs and sent her on her way. When he scheduled Irrelevant and painful tests including a spinal tap, I pulled the plug. We took her to a specialist at Rush Hospital in Chicago. She was still diagnosed with MS but it only took one test. Her Dr. in Chicago went over the diagnosis, drug options, side effects and benefits in detail so she could make an informed decision. He and his office staff helped her with a program that covers the cost of her treatment and a local facility.

Dr Alnahas and his staff are very caring and considerate of their patients.
