Dr. Mahmooda Qureshi, MD

Dr Mahmooda has been my doctor for about 5 years. Recently, I had an unexpected health concern which she addressed immediately and consulted with other specialists. I felt like I was her only patient for a few days because of the attention and care I received. She listened to me, took charge of my treatment and helped restore my health in s timely way. Most importantly, I knew she cared and went the extra mile by consulting and ordering tests. I have worked in a hospital setting for many years and find her to be exceptional.

Doesn’t actually listen to concerns. Willing to refer to non-empirically supported treatments. Denies referrals for specialists. I think she must get incentives for low referrals with how many times I’ve been told “you don’t need that” for a recommendation for a specialist.

I’ve had Dr Qureshi as my PCP for the last two or three years. I only go in once a year and she always remembers me and my background. She listens, spends time and offers different solutions to any issue I may be having. I think she is great and would highly recommend her

In the 10 tens years that Dr. Qureshi has been my primary care physician, I have seen her twice. Harvard Vanguard certainly makes it difficult to see or talk with your doctor. It's gotten so big and so regimented by protocol, that there personal care is lost. I caution entering the "system" of Harvard Vanguard. They're another money making enterprise taking advantage of people with insurance.
