Wow never experienced something so horrible she has no patience for kids. She screams at kids she was so rude and nasty I will never go back to this office I DO NOT have nothing positive to say it’s nasty and sad if your looking for a good Docter she is not it I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional, would not recommend! Did not have any patience with my nephew, first and last time that I will visit this office! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Maicie Wong has very bad manners, she is very arrogant she thinks just because she is doctor she can treat people inferior. me personality think she when in to wrong medical field. she is very aggressive, repugnant with the patients. will never take my child to her again.

I have been bringing my children to Dr Wong for over a decade. I highly recommend her. It should not matter if her office was once an apartment or that she has no staff.I am a solo practioner and for 24 yrs I had no staff. She has taken wonderful care of my children. You cant let insurance dictat care. these companies are not doctors

Great diagnostician and my children love her.she is very thorough and follows up on her patients.I highly recommend her

I went to Dr. Wong for a vaccination and she persuaded me into taking a flu vaccine that I did not want. I trusted her when she explained that despite being out of network for my insurance plan, her services are reimbursable and not subject to deductible because vaccinations are routine. She implied that she understood the terms of my plan, one that she supposedly encounters regularly, and never took the care to alert me to the possibility that she might be mistaken. Though now I know better, I spent $150 on a flu shot that I didn't need and one that I could've gotten for free at any clinic ($350 total for both shots) and when I filed with my insurance company, I didn't get anything because in fact, out-of-network services are never excluded from deductible requirements. That amount might not be much to a doctor, but to me, that is a significant amount. When I spoke to Dr. Wong about this, she couldn't care less. She took my money and basically told me to see another doctor in my… network in the future! She talks very quickly, so I would recommend anyone consulting her to not let her rush you into any decisions. Her office is basically an apartment and she does not have any staff working for her so the whole operation seems a bit shady to begin with. I personally don't trust her at all and found her to be unprofessional and misleading.
