I was fighting a skin disease and had lesions that were red, raw and swollen. I was told by the medical assistant to take off my makeup with an alcohol pad. Really? I told her I would not due that because it would burn like crazy. She then gave me a rough gauze pad and told me to use water with it. Needless to say, some of the lesions started bleeding. Bad advice, bad medical assistant. Dr. Burrow NEVER examined my skin. She just sat in a chair and told me I was having an allergic reaction. This was a gross misdiagnosis. I went to another doctor who actually LOOKED and EXAMINED my lesions and gave me a correct diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis. I got the correct treatment plan and my skin is responding extremely well. Please save your time and your money and go to a good dermatologist; don't waste it in Dr. Burrow's office.

Horrible! I was diagnosed with scc skin cancer in August. I called her for a full skin exam due to the cancer issue. Staff could not get me in till a month later. At apt staff were very unfriendly. During exam she did a super fast skin exam lasted about 5 mins! Did not check my head hands or face nor my lymph noids! Then told me she could not tell me what a few red spot were on my chest. I pointed out the spots she missed as well as the tumor I had on my ear, to which she said I have no idea what that is. She then said she was worried about one spot circled it then told me to dress and sent me on my easy with no follow up apt for the spot she was "worried" about. I will not be going back nor will I refer any one to this Dermatolagist!

Dr Burrows is arrogant, rude, and I believe, totally incompetent. Over the course of 4 years she misdaignosed 3 members of my family at least two times each. We've had enough. Don't bother going to this doc. It's a waste of time , energy, and money. And her office staff is terrible. They can't get your info correct and they hang up on you during phone conversations, because "the doctor told me not to deal with you anymore."

IT was a complete waste of time and she charged $154 to say come back. Nothing!

Dr. Burrows was incompetent and a complete waste of time. Her office staff/particularly Holly in billing is beyond rude. She told me shehad gone above and beyond her job description.

Complete waste of $210.00!!! It's unfortunate that a "1 star" rating is the lowest option for this review. Brown and curled up cartoons and ads from the 80's are haphazardly pasted on the wall of the lobby in the 70s era office building. Dr Burrow seems like she is very tired of her practice and doesn't really care any more. I had scheduled a full exam with particular concern for two spots. The unprofessional office staff (talking loudly about personal affairs) entered the appointment into their system as simply an exam of 2 spots so Dr Burrow was openly peeved with her staffing quality and initially wanted me to schedule a 2nd exam for the sake of her convenience.I had to remind her of the specific areas of concern as she did a casual examination. She admitted to not knowing what the red sun damaged spot on my cheek was and said she'd never seen it before (after 40 yrs in practice?!?). She then suggested taking a biopsy if "I wanted to". The actual exam lasted 10 minutes and the bill… came to $210.00.I would NOT suggest Dr. Burrow to ANYONE.

I was 12 minutes late to an appointment to get some cancer removed. My father had just died and was being buried the same day, the staff was completely and totally rude and would not see me even though my family has been going there for years. WILL NEVER RETURN

Dr. Burrow's office staff is one of the rudest medical offices I have ever visited. They are unfriendly, rude, and uninformed.When I brought this issue to Dr. Burrow's attention, her response was that she didn't believe that they could possibly be rude.I will be seeing a different dematologist as I don't want a hassle and the run around every time I call or visit an office.Very disappointed with Dr. Burrow!
