Dr. Maitri Patel, MD

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Patel were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Patel really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

If i could give zero stars here, I would. I had an appt today with Dr Patil at 3pm - which, mind you, was texted reminders about for days prior- also warning that if I missed my appt, I'd be charged $20. Got it. The office even texted me today at 1pm just to remind me that I needed to be there at 3p - and to stay in my car and text them when I arrived and they would tell me when to come in. I arrived promptly at 2:57, texted them and got no response. I decided to call the office at 3:05 just to make sure they knew I was there. The receptionist then informed me that I should continue to wait in my car because "it would be some time before I could come in." What does "some time" mean, I asked? "well," she told me, "at least 30 minutes." Now, I just drove an hour to make my appointment with a quarter tank of gas - "you mean no one could have texted me between 1 and now to tell me that Dr Patel was running late?" I cannot wait at least another 30 minutes in 90 degree weather in… my car - with no gas - there's no where to sit outside her office - and I am paying a babysitter by the hour. Mind you that after I left, someone else from the office called me (at 4:26pm) to see if I was still in my car waiting to come in for my appointment. Unbelievable. Just completely inconsiderate and disrespectful. I will not be going back. I will not be recommending Dr Patel or Prudent MD to anyone.

This doctor facility is not doing good practice. Back office is not good with handelling with insurance and very much helpful. We have updated address multiple times...even they have correct address but sending bills on wrong address. While we told we haven’t received bills even though they charged late fee multiple times. Even explain multiple times to doctor she did not understand and send bills to debt collector without any notice. Also my insurance did not have co payment but they charge co payment every time. In nutshell there practice not at all good..

Her staff is very rudly talk .they have no manners how talk with new patients.

Dr. Patel's assistants did not speak to me or make me feel comfortable before the exam. The doctor did not even listen to my chest or order a chest x-ray for my physical, nor did she discuss any tests to check my colon. She suggested a stress test and then forgot to give me the prescription for the test. I was worried and dissatisfied with the thoroughness of the exam and the attention I received. I will not return.

Office is convenient to reach and has almost no waiting.Doctor is quite willing to discuss medical issues.
