Dr. Mala Adele Freeman-Kwaku, MD

I was highly satisfied that I drove 4 hours to my appointment with Dr. Mala A. Freeman-Kwaku and would gladly do it again. Dr. Freeman and the staff are so awesome consistently! I trust them and know I'm in great hands. You're not just another paycheck or number to them. You're a human, and they're there to work with you as a team. I felt very cared for, seen, and heard during my office visit and appointment with Dr. Freeman-Kwaku. Here's the thing. This has been my experience over the years. That's very rare for a provider's office and doctor. They are the standard that every provider's office should strive to operate by.

Dr. Freeman is very caring and personable and kind. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything to me where I can understand. I love her! If you’re looking for a doctor who cares, then your found the right doctor!

Awesome practice! I have been a patient here for 12yrs and Dr Freeman has delivered all 4 of my children!

Dr. Freeman is not my usual Dr at this practice and I will NOT be seeing her again, I'll wait for my usual Dr. She was brusque and "efficient" in manner but not friendly, warm or caring. She performed a very painful cervical check at my 40 week appointment. My regular Dr has NEVER hurt me. Even when it was clear I was in pain.... I said so.... She continued pushing harder until I ended up in tears. So unnecessary.

Today was just one of the best visits with Dr. Freeman. The beginning sets the tone-her "Gatekeepers" (office staff/nursing staff) are phenomenal, not be over exaggerating. The caring atmosphere is what sums all of it up. Words for Dr. Freeman and her "Gatekeepers" .... WELCOMING-ATTENTIVE - INTERACTIVE -QUICKLY RESPONSIVE and RESPECTFUL OF WAIT TIME-minimal. Dr. Freeman handles the procedure business timely, each visit I've had she provided time for in depth questions with answers. She is a great negotiator, I have never gotten my way as she is the Doctor, I'm not. No change for me . I'm with them until. Try this group and you will not be disappointed!
