She did not listen to me or take my concerns seriously. She would spend maybe 5 minutes in the room with me and couldn't even bother to look at my chart to see my name before she came in the room. I had my daughter at 26 weeks and I am absolutely positive it was because she did not take my concerns seriously. When she finally listened she recommended I see a high risk dr, it took her two weeks and me calling several times for her to actually get me my referral, her nurse literally told me on the phone "oh, she must have forgotten." That is not acceptable! I went into the high risk appointment and was immediately sent to labor and delivery to be monitored and had an emergency c section 5 days later.

Performed laproscopic hysterectomy . Had great results. Recovery was quick. No complications. She takes the time to answer your questions. Great bedside manner!

My best friend and I both went to Dr. Woods during our first pregnancies and while Dr Woods was great when it came to diagnosis and general evaluation, when it came to addressing important medical concerns and pregnancy, her bedside manner was appalling. Dr. Woods never took the time or interest in my plans and goals related to my health, pregnancy and childbirth, and she always seemed much more concerned with doing things her own way and to her own preference rather than acknowledging my own concerns and wishes. At one time she even went so far as to take a phone call during my friends active labor and was on the call for the majority of the birthing process. At no point before, during, or after my pregnancy did I ever feel any sort of connection with Dr. Woods nor did I feel that she was ever empathetic, interested or really even focused on my health, I always felt like her focus was elsewhere and that I was simply another job to her. I would never refer or reccommend anyone to Dr.… Woods!
