Dr. Malaz M Almsaddi, MD

Dr Almsaddi is excellent, his Staff dragging their feet is another story. He ordered test to be done immediately and for me to call back last Tuesday. The staff keeps staying they are waiting for approval, but I contacted Blue Cross last and it appears nothing had been processed.

As a new patient I was impressed by the caring and compassionate treatment from the front office staff and the technicians who performed my tests. Dr. Almsaadi was attentive, asked questions and answered all my questions. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with my care

Dr. Almsaddi is the only doctor that has been able to help me after YEARS of suffering and trying to even get a diagnosis. When i'm in the hospital, he is always easy for the hospital to get a hold of. His office staff are the friendliest people and remember you even if you haven't been there in a while (due to feeling better). The only sad part is that they don't accept every type of insurance plans and I may have to go see a different neurologist because of it. If you can see Dr. Almsaddi, I highly recommend it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could so one star it is. Well, fist I never right a review but this place is by far the worst doctors office I have ever gone to. The doctor is a nice man but he needs to get rid of his office staff. They are very incompetent people. First, they never and I mean never answer the phone. Second, when you leave a message they never return your phone call. I went there over two weeks ago and needed to get prescribed medication. I took it to my pharmacy a few days later and they said that they need a pre authorization. So I called them and of course didn’t answer the phone, so I left a message and nothing for three days. I call back, again nothing and again left another message. I finally got ahold of someone after 5 messages because someone actually answered the phone when I called the 8th time. The woman I talked to said that she will take care of it. Fast forward 4 days. Still the pharmacy hasn’t gotten the pre authorization forms filled out yet.… I call the insurance company they haven’t gotten anything either. I call back again no one answers (big surprise there). So now I left a nasty message. I guess I will just have to go to a different doctor after I go there and get all my paper work. These people really need to step it up and answer the phones for one and also call back their patients. I don’t know how they even schedule appointments. This place is absolutely horrible.

Wish I could leave zero stars! This place is absolutely terrible! My husband was referred here due to a concussion. First the office is in no hurry to get you scheduled, after finally getting in they scheduled my husband for an MRI. The day before his MRI he receives a call from the hospital stating that they have to cancel his appointment. After an hour on the phone playing the middle man between this office and the hospital it turned out the dr office “forgot” to send his paperwork over to the hospital! It has now been nearly two weeks since his MRI and he has yet to receive any follow up from the MRI! My husband calls almost daily to the office. Of course nobody ever answers the phone so you have to leave a voicemail but nobody ever calls back!! My husband has been out of work for a month! He’s miserable everyday and I hate seeing him like this. This has got to be the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever dealt with in my life! The lack of communication and disrespect for… patient is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever for anything reason!

I have seen many DRs over the years, but DR Almsaddi is only one to stop seizures and made me feel normal! He is the best !!!

can't reach anyone in the office by phone. phone calls are received by a voice mail system that just keeps sending you to other voice mails. if lucky enough to find one that records and can leave a message it is not returned. last visit was 1 hour wait in the waiting room and then another hour in the patient room for him to come in. i commented on the overbooking and he told me if I didn't like it could just leave.

I left several messages for this dr to return my calls. I wasn’t sure what office to go to. I have been strung along for over three months I need a referral to receive neuro biofeedback done, for over three months I’ve been told they are working on it. I have found that it’s better to just drive there and stand there taping my nails while the receptionist, both of them playing on their cell phones. I called them while I was standing there heard the phone ringing and it just went eventually to their voicemail... I have notified my insurance company of the lack of care, empathy and professionalism.... not to mention way over charging the insurance company... I would not recommend this dr at all. He over books, he is only in his offices a few hours a day... Save your self time, energy and frustration, find a different Dr.

I have been very disappointed in this doctor. I took his un-professional words and his staffs' words to my manager. The words were on separate pages and were not matching in belief. I legally could not drive, I live an hour away from work, so therefore, I could not drive to work for 6 months after a seizure. I had a TBI, with a brain surgery, 2 years before the seizure and ADHD. This doctor did not listen to a word that was said to him. I had no respect for him as my doctor from the day he told me my meds were not making me tired because.......He never listened to me......He joked with his student in the patient room with me and my fiance in it. He was very un-professional. He needs to learn to be able to give his patients respect and bedside manner.

No sense of urgency by the staff and very rude. Would rather play on their cell phones than assist a member waiting. I was there 15 minutes early and still waited 25 minutes before I could get what I needed. I will be looking for another Dr. in the future. There is an overweight girl in his staff, if I had a candy bar I’m sure she would have moved faster! DON’T MAKE THIS MISTAKE THAT I DID!
