If the staff was better and they wouldn't over book everything would be great. Not only is she overbooked, its hard to get an appointment, and because of all this she is walking about grumpy and mad, and doesn't put effort into your visit. Save yourself the time and wait, especially since things really changed, the review below was mine from a year ago when things were still okay but now this is ridiculous. I waited 90 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with only 15 minutes with the doctor.

She is a great doctor and I really like her, the only problem is that her staff is really bad mannered. There is also a horrible waiting time and they always put you in the rooms to early where you have to spend another 30 minutes if not more waiting for the doctor.
