Dr. Mallory Chien Hatfield, MD

I was there for a thread mill test and the nurse Rita was very patient and answers all my questions. But when the doctor came and I asked her a simple question, she just said: I will don't answer that, ask to your doctor! Really? Do you think everyone is an ignorant and don't deserve an answer that is related with the test you performed there? Additionally, I never saw in any place in my whole life, the need to use sand paper instead gel to attach the electrodes. My skin is red and itchy after 12 hours. I will find another place for future needs.

Excellent cardiologist!

I have been with her for over 5 years, she is personable enough but doesn't spend any time explaining anything to me. I do not feel she is on top of things with my care. When I ask her a direct question, she answers very quickly. Other than her nurse doing an EKG each year, something my primary could do and setting up for and ECHO every 2 years I don't see the need to keep seeing her. My biggest complaint is in and out of the office in literally 5 minutes at most. I don't believe this is enough time to know anything that might be going on with a patient.

Dr. Hatfield is an egotistical, uncaring, cold woman who has no business caring for an elderly population with cardiac issues. I will let everyone I know on Cape Cod what a disgrace she is as a doctor and a human being. I am appalled at her practice of care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hatfield for 10 years. I go every year for a complete cardiac exam. I have alwasy found that Dr. Hatfield truly cares about my health. I had a heart attack two years ago, caused by sleep apnea, which was a condition I discovered I had after the cardiac event. Dr. Hatfield's concern as to why I had a heart attack, since I had never presented anything but a healthy heart, drove her to find the cause. She looked at everything going on with me medically. she called in other doctors for their opinions. When it was discovered I has sleep apnea, she immediately sent me to a pullmonary specialist in sleep disorders. Through her encouragement, and the fact I knew she cared, I was also able to shed 170lbs and stop smoking. she is an angel and a true God send to my life, which in fact, I owe to her.

The frist appointment the Doctor arrived on time and precribed a few in office test, went over my history as well as my case file from the emergency room. Office exam complete, she explain the upcoming stress test/procedures,etc. called Test results back lest then a week, Dr explain the plan of care. Dr Hatifield's and her staff are the most refeshing group of professional people that I have been involved with in YEARS. I call only say this world would be a better place with more people like Dr. Hatfield and staff. Thank You Dr. Hatfield

She's beyond what I hoped for. My internist picked up a heart problem and referred me to Dr. Hatfield. She was very professional, kind, and warm. She used common language to explain to me what my heart problem was and called my daughter to explain my condition. I can't say enough good things about her. She took care of me and reassured me. Everyone should have a Dr. Hatfield.

Dr. Hatfield's credentials are reasonable but her automatic need for more testing is frustrating.

I have seen several cardiologist after moving to cape cod from Indiana 14 years ago. I wanted someone that i was comfortable with since I will be spending a life time in their care. It took me about 5 years to find Dr. Hatfield and she is the best. Understanding, Caring and Compassionate and she also has a wonderful caring staff

Dr. Hatfield is great, the best cardiologist on Cape Cod, amongst those in the know. But, because she's in such high demand, it wasn't that easy getting an appointment to see her.
