Dr. Malti Praful Mehta, MD

This was my worst experience ever at a doctors office. Dr Mehta and staff are extremely rude. They do not care about you or any patients. It is a very filthy office and unprofessional. The Dr. shows up on her convenience and will have you waiting outside for hours. These are dishonest people, stay far way from this practice.

I do not feel Dr. Mehta addresses her patients as individuals. She will prescribe medications that she feels are appropriate regardless of what the parent feels. She does not take the time to understand the needs of the patient. She is unable to answer specific questions about the medications she is prescribing when directly asked.

This doctor does not have your best interest. She put me on meds that she received samples from pharmaciutical sles rep without properly answering my questions about side effects. She refused to tell me if there are any, cut me off , and said "millions of people" take them so its okay. ??!!! She prescribed me all these meds without even seeing how I'm feeling, and when I told her I felt uncomfertable taking them, she got mad and raised her voice and said "just take it! Or I'll give it to another patient!" She does not have her patients best interest. All she does is try to book as many patients as possible to make herself money. She doesn't even listen to what you have to say. She will cut you off and tell you to just "take the medication" because your body needs it .?!! Appointment time? Forget it. You will sit there for at least 2 hours waiting to be seen. Worst practice I have ever seen.

This is a Medicaid/Medicare mill. It's filthy and the care we received was terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

I went a few times to visit with this Dr. and her husband. They would alternate seeing patients, so you would never know who you would get when you had an appointment. They do not have much of an office staff. The Dr. will answer the phones while in the room with you discussing your problems. They will tell you to take meds until they decide they are not helping. She also told me I needed to just get over it, I made it into the office to see her and that shows I am doing better. She also walks around barefoot. They will charge you for cancelling an appointment 24 or more hours prior to your appointment.
