Dr. Mamatha Geddam, MD

No help, whatsoever. She has her own agenda and does not care what the patient wants.

I chose Dr. Geddam as my Dr. 4 months ago. I needed a doctor's note. She told me that my claustrophobia was just that, a phobia and that it wasn't real. I accepted that, since she's a doctor, I decided, well she works with the " physical" body. I recently suffered from severe foot pain and I wanted an x ray. You cannot get an x ray without your doctor sending for one. I emailed her, she ignored everything I wrote regarding my condition and my pain and told me to call advice, or another physician. I think it was an automatic response. I gave her another shot, telling her I was confused about her response, since she was my doctor, and again, described my pain, and asked for an x ray. She responded with an even colder, "" call advice, or make an appointment". I realized, she did not want to give me any care. I switched to another doctor. People hate going to the doctor, and Dr. Geddam is why. She has no bedside manner, and she clearly, absolutely does not want to help her patients. I do… not recommend her as a good choice for your next doctor.

I've never felt as much like a number like I did seeing this doctor. CMS trackers were more important than my reason for visit. Compensation from the government more important than the patient. I wanted to find a primary, not a chance.

She is very genuine I felt very comfortable with this doctor. She w as excellent

Terrible Doctor, will never see her again!

She misdiagnosed a sleep disorder I had & misdiagnosed that I had walking pneumonia

I was seated in an exam room that had bloody gauze and instruments on a tray. Not acceptable! The Doctor did not seem to care about how terrible I felt. Time to look for another Doctor.

First of all, I was called right on time at my appointment time and the receptionist even informed me when I made my appt to come in half an hour earlier to fill in my paperwork as I was a first time patient there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. She took her time in getting to know my concerns and checked me out thoroughly. Very efficient. I got out in less than half an hour but did not feel rushed. Glad I chose her.
