Dr. Mamdouh M Riad, MD

I have been to Dr Riad‘s office twice and I have to tell you I have never felt more welcome. The staff is very professional, very helpful and when I first started to see him in October, they went out of their way to help me before I got an appointment. The doctor himself is very caring and meaningful. You would not go wrong going to this office. I give it 11 stars.

WARNING!! I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE!! His staff was great and very helpful but he is arrogant and has no time for your concerns. The longest appointment I’ve had with him lasted 5 minutes.... 5 full minutes. He was extremely sick, was wheezing and coughing the entire time, was fumbling with his mask, and had his face buried in his laptop. Every single time I have seen him he acts like he’s in a hurry to see his next patient. Every time I have tried to ask a question he tells you to “stand up”, shows you the door and the appointment is over. I could hardly even get a word in and left with more questions than I came with. Like how is this guy even a doctor? I have tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, I thought maybe he was just busy or in a rush, but I saw him multiple times and he was just awful every time. Every time I went in he thought I was a new patient. He would ask ME why I came back for a follow up when he scheduled... He is clueless and does not care… about his patients. Take my advice: it is worth the wait to find a better doctor. He has no patient wait list for a reason. I have found another PCP and thought it was important to leave this review so people are aware. Again, his staff was great but he is the worst doctor I’ve ever had hands down.

I have absolutely nothing but positive comments for Dr, Riad. Appointments are always on time. Dr. Riad is very thorough in his exam, asking many questions as he goes. He is extremely responsive to every need, and always takes into consideration his patients needs or concerns. He or his office calls back within hours when needed.I would recommend him 100 per cent.

PATIENT BEWARE!!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a so called medical professional. It should have been a red flag when out of all the doctors that were taking new patients, he had only a two week wait. He never looked up from his computer for more than a few seconds and the visit was over in about three minutes. This man has absolutely no bed side manner and will make you feel like you are annoying him with any questions you might have. I gave him a second chance and encountered the same disgruntled man. Both visits I was asked personal questions with the exam room door wide open as well. His assistant isn’t any better, having a rude attitude of you should happen to get her on the phone. She told me, “ I heard you the first time” when trying to explain the reason for my call. If I didn’t need the medication refil, I would have told her off right then. If you want more than a drive through Dr. than do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Have been family primary physician for 20 years. We are very happy to have him and his wonderful staff. Front desk to check out is always professional and personal and courteous. We are lucky to have them all.

Dr. Riad has been my physician for many years. I've found him to be attentive to my health concerns and responsive to my needs. His office staff is very supportive and helpful as well.

I had given up on this guy a long time ago. If you are an older woman, he gives you no chance to speak. At one point he told me to just be quiet and answer his questions. The final straw was when my husband had an emergency hospitalization. He was taken off his blood pressure medicine in the hospital with instructions to go back on it when he saw his personal physician. When we went to see Riad, he acted as others have described, with his nose in his computer. When we mentioned his three-day hospitalization, he said he vaguely remembered seeing a note about that. When he started to dismiss us, I questioned him about my husband's blood pressure medicine. He said my husband didn't need it! We went to another doctor who got my husband back on his medication. The best person in that office is Diane. Rosa is very nice, but she messes things up frequently.

Dr. Riad has been my physician for 10+ years. He is caring and a wonderful man. Would never see anyone else unless Dr. Riad refers me.

Incorrect diagnosis! 5 minute appointment each of 3 visits! The appointments are easy to get only because of what appears to be because most people refuse to go back to see such an egotistical, negligent, feckless individual.
